ECOLOGICAL SURVEYS Leppitt Associates have been undertaking Ecological Surveys and Assessments since the business was formed and have provided a range of services to suit planning applications, former Paragraph 9 & 19 waste exemptions and planning conditions. We can also provide Management Plans for a range of requirements such as Agri-Environment Schemes and larger documents required as part of planning applications. To date clients have included Cornwall Council, Plymouth City Council, Cardiff Council, Western United Mines, Asda, RoK, Atkins Consultancy plus numerous small businesses and individuals. Specialist experience includes brown field sites, mine sites, hedgerows, woodland, moorland and upland vegetation types, wetland complexes, Scottish Machair, grazing management and landfill leachate irrigation.
